The Gaza we want.

I want Gaza with the smile of children, and fields of roses, not the flames of war.

I want the dawn there without artillery, and the echo of songs heard across the hills.

I want a school that lights our mind, not a tent beneath the shattered stones.

I want our street filled with laughter, not endless marches of sorrow and grief.

I want to see the child not fearing the sky, and not counting the foreign shells.

I want the mothers not to fear for their sons, from a bombing or destruction taking shape.

I want Gaza free and proud, blooming like a precious flower.

I want life to be a gentle dream, in a safe shade, not the shadow of occupation.

After tears, Gaza will be rebuilt, and warmth will bloom again in our hearts.

With reconstruction, we will light the path of dignity, and return as a pulse of shining light.

We build a school, not shelters, and let the dreams grow.

Gaza, as you see, will return singing with beauty, and boats dancing as they go.
