Hola, me llamo Ariadna. Tengo 16 años. Nunca he estado en vuestra situación, pero os admiro mucho por estar en esta situación , que no solo destruye vuestro país, sino que también te autodestruye a ti misma.
Tenéis que ser fuertes y, aunque lo que veis sea negro entre negro y negro, siempre se puede entrever un rayo blanco, ese rayo deben ser los momentos que pasáis unidas a vuestra familia y amigos, esos momentos en los que, cuando todo está en guerra afuera, podéis sacar una sonrisa, porque nunca se debe ser pesimista, hay que disfrutar la vida.
A mí, por ejemplo, me gusta mucho dibujar o escribir poemas, con papel y boli siempre se puede hacer magia y si no tienes papel puedes escribir en cualquier lugar con cualquier cosa, eso siempre sirve como terapia y si os gusta otra cosa podéis buscar maneras de hacerlo aunque no sea de la manera tradicional, podréis salir de la realidad un rato.
Os deseo mucha suerte, de verdad.

You have to be strong and, although what you see is black—between black and black there is always a white streak to be glimpsed. Those streaks should be the moments you spend united with your family and friends; those moments in which, when everything is in war outside, you can bring out a smile, because one should never be dramatic, you have to enjoy life.
For me, for example, I really like to draw or write palms; with paper and a pen you can always make magic, and if you don’t have paper you can write anywhere with anything. It always serves as therapy, and if you like something else you can look for ways to do it even if it’s not in the traditional way; you will be able to escape reality for a moment.
