أرى في المنام شوارع الضِّياءِ تَبَسَّمَتْ

وبيوتٌ عز بالزهور وبِالْفرح تَبَسَّمَتْ

جامعاتٌ للعلمِ تُشِعَّ، لا ما هدِمَتْ

ومصانعُ للخيرِ قامتْ، والحقولُ نَعمت

أرى البحرِ لا يَحْمِلُ إلا قواربَ السَّلامِ

وشبابنا بالمعرفةِ قد كَسَرْوا حواجزَ الظُّلامِ

هيَ غزّةُ لوحةُ الفنِّ والآدابِ

غزّةُ كلِّ حبٍّ

التكنولوجيا فيها نورٌ

والازدهار مقر

الأطفالُ لا يعرفون إلا ضوءِ الشَّمسِ

واللعبُ طولَ الدَّهرِ

لغزّةَ عَهْدٌ ستبقى رغمَ كلِّ الألمِ

سَتولدُ الفينيق من تحتِ الركامِ والهدمِ

إنْ غدنا آت بعدَ النورِ لافي الوهمِ

وإنِ أحلامنا في حجرنا سوف تقم

In my dreams, I see the streets of light smiling,

And homes of glory, adorned with flowers and joy, blooming.

Universities of knowledge radiating, never to be destroyed,

Factories of goodness rising, and fields flourishing in peace.

I see the sea carrying nothing but the boats of peace,

And our youth, with knowledge, breaking the barriers of darkness.

This is Gaza, a masterpiece of art and literature,

Gaza, the essence of all love.

Technology shines within it like a guiding light,

And prosperity has found its eternal home.

The children know nothing but the glow of the sun,

And play that lasts throughout the ages.

For Gaza, there is a promise: she shall remain despite all pain,

The Phoenix will be born from beneath the rubble and destruction.

Our tomorrow is coming, found in the light, not in illusion,

And our dreams, held in our laps, shall surely rise.
