I dreamed of my homeland, a land of greats In my dream,
I saw children wearing the most beautiful clothes
Not just buildings, but high-rising towers
Atop every tower, swimming pools like those of the wealthy
Children all around me, playing and frolicking in happiness
No difference between a teacher, an engineer, or doctors
All my people as one hand; they are the heirs of the prophets
I wished for my dream to become a reality and not just a fleeting thought
